Our Heritage

A school built from one classroom and 27 girls

Founded in 1973 under the auspices of the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK), ACK Moi Girls High School Kamusinga has grown from a humble single-classroom community project into one of Kenya’s leading national public girls boarding institutions.

Located in Kimilili, Bungoma County, the school occupies an expansive, well-equipped 30-acre campus — recognised as one of the leading girls' boarding schools in Bungoma County and across western Kenya — dedicated to empowering female scholars through quality instruction, disciplined character development, and competitive co-curricular activities.
